What is coaching?

A coach does not tell you what to do. Instead, you and the coach explore what matters and what’s getting in your way of achieving the life you want to create. It’s a client-centered approach beginning with where you’re at. We look at your challenges, the possibilities and practical next steps.

LIFE COACHING
LIFE COACHING may be the place to start if you’re looking for clarity, direction, purpose, or personal growth.
For example:
You’re in a season of transition.
You’re navigating an important decision.
You’re wondering, “What should I do next?”
You’re feeling stuck, need clarity or are ready to explore options.
You’d love to explore your purpose, values, and direction of your life.
WELL-BEING COACHING
WELL-BEING COACHING may be the place to start if your main concern is that your current way of living no longer supports you well.
For example:
You’re wondering, “How do I keep going?”
You’re feeling stressed and depleted.
You want to build resilience and manage your time and energy well.
You’re carrying many demands and would like healthier boundaries.
You long to build a more sustainable life.
Although we might begin our conversation at any of these starting points, you’ll often find there is overlap. A life coaching conversation about purpose and values may lead to questions about stress and time management.
Or a well-being coaching conversation about stress may lead to deeper reflection on your values or establishing healthier boundaries. Coaching follows the person, not just the topic.
